Job Description:

Client Services is an important part of maintaining an ongoing client relationship. We actively engage our customers and make sure they are 100% satisfied with the resolution to their issue. If we can’t directly assist, we steer our customer in the right direction. Often, when the customer reaches us, they have a pending installation, or are newly activated. When customers call, a friendly voice (the Customer Service Representative) answers the line and is willing to go above and beyond to assist with issues or answer questions. This helps reassure them about the value of the products and services we offer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product features and installation needs for TV, Internet, phone and security services
  • Provide quality support service through one-call resolution to establish a long-term customer relation
  • Maintain performance standards in regards to productivity, quality assurance scores, attendance, etc
  • Identify customer “WIN’s” (wants, interests & needs) and qualify for sales opportunities


  • 1 year of Customer Service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
  • Effective communication skills (excellent opportunity for bilingual candidates), both oral and written
  • Above-average computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends and closing shifts (until 11pm)

Job Description:

The Insurance Telesales Representative will receive incoming calls from potential customers of The Go Solution’s Insurance business, ExactQuote. These calls are generated by a variety of sources including: mail campaigns, internet leads, strategic partnerships, as well as by internal referrals. The rep will utilize a consultative sales approach to sell insurance policies to prospective policy holders by providing rate quotes and coverage information that helps them live safer, more secure lives. The rep will counsel prospects and policyholders on coverage, limits and regulations while developing quotes based upon risk information. The rep is responsible for closing inbound sales from leads generated from mail campaigns. They will also evaluate risks utilizing underwriting rules and guidelines in order to bind coverage.


Identify customer needs using a needs based selling approach then recommend plans and accurately answer customer questions
Provide solutions that make it easy for the customer to decide on the plan while overcoming customer objections
Handle inbound calls to enroll customers compliantly and efficiently into selected Insurance and update customer accounts thoroughly
Effectively manage sales pipeline
Deliver expected sales for individual, team and overall targets (conversion rate, close ratio, etc.)
Actively manage a book of business to ensure all customers’ needs are met on a timely basis (respond to voicemails, internal chat requests, and partner with customer service and operations, handle and support customer complaints and/or client escalations)
Deliver a consistently positive customer experience in a highly ethical and professional manner
Ensure sales quality by asking questions and partnering with management support as needed


High school degree required, College degree preferred
Current Texas General Lines Life and Health License
Agency Insurance Experience

DBA oversees server installation, security, performance monitoring and maintenance.
Institutes, monitors and tests database administration procedures including backup and recovery
Troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues
Developing complex and efficient database queries, query tuning, index and statistics maintenance


Assist in gathering requirements and project specifications

As part of The Go Solution’s marketing team, the Marketing Content Specialist will be responsible for producing content for our consumer-facing websites, customer-facing communications and other content projects, as assigned. The Specialist will manage the overall content for multiple websites (including text, multimedia, and layout) and will work with in-house design and development teams to implement those items. We are seeking someone who is a self-starter and a team player. Web content writing experience and HTML knowledge are required. Experience writing for an e-Commerce site (particularly in the telecom industry) is a strong plus.


  • Manage the electronic delivery of web content while adhering to strict brand guidelines, both internal and those of external partners.
  • Coordinate with peers and the overall marketing team to present and publish the best available web content.
  • Drive quality assurance standards (including proofreading and proper electronic formatting) of content assets for all web sites and pages.
  • Manage offer changes and ensure up-to-date content is prepared and approved for timely deployment.


  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism or related degree preferred. Experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Copy writing and content management experience is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of the content marketing and social media space, including applications and opportunities/benefits.
