Job Description:

Client Services is an important part of maintaining an ongoing client relationship. We actively engage our customers and make sure they are 100% satisfied with the resolution to their issue. If we can’t directly assist, we steer our customer in the right direction. Often, when the customer reaches us, they have a pending installation, or are newly activated. When customers call, a friendly voice (the Customer Service Representative) answers the line and is willing to go above and beyond to assist with issues or answer questions. This helps reassure them about the value of the products and services we offer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product features and installation needs for TV, Internet, phone and security services
  • Provide quality support service through one-call resolution to establish a long-term customer relation
  • Maintain performance standards in regards to productivity, quality assurance scores, attendance, etc
  • Identify customer “WIN’s” (wants, interests & needs) and qualify for sales opportunities


  • 1 year of Customer Service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
  • Effective communication skills (excellent opportunity for bilingual candidates), both oral and written
  • Above-average computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends and closing shifts (until 11pm)


  • $10/hour plus any additional commissions

The Personal BillAdvisor will contact customers by phone to discuss the benefits of our proprietary BillAdvisor Service. As a Personal BillAdvisor, you will search our savings database on behalf of elite customers finding ways to save them money and assisting them in lowering their monthly bills. Our services currently provide customers with discounts on their energy bills, home phone services, home security alarm systems, TV/internet providers, cellular services, and auto/homeowners/life insurance services.


  • 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service required
  • Strong negotiation skills required!
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • College education preferred
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel and internet navigation

Job Description:

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of a Sales Support (Customer Service) team. This role will supervise, train and develop sales support agents and possible subordinate managers/supervisors as well as perform daily Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities.


  • Manage and direct individual sales support metrics to ensure agent efficiency
  • Execute all functions of sales support agent coaching and feedback as required
  • Lead team meetings and provide one‐on‐one counseling
  • Write and facilitate performance evaluations
  • Initiate individual and team goals that align with company targets
  • Administer disciplinary action in line with company policy
  • Help develop training protocol and sales methodologies for department
  • Execute tracking, administrative and operational functions of running a sales support team
  • Work with Recruiting Department by interviewing Sales Support agent candidates


  • 2+ years in a Call Center Management position
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a completely open schedule
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers on the phone and through email
