  • Identify customer “WIN’s” (wants, interests & needs) and qualify for sales opportunities
  • Overcome objections and convert opportunities to sales through your trained process
  • Accurately build customer accounts using various customized software applications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Analyst. The Accounting Analyst supports, coordinates, and interacts with all departments; will supervise the Administrative staff; and will work directly with the Director of Accounting and CFO. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for auditing and reporting provider payments, accounts payable and receivable, sales tax reporting, deposit payments, various departmental reporting, and will be the first point of contact with our service providers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate Administrative Staff duties and processes
  • Auditing and reporting provider payments and charge-backs
  • Processing and management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Processing and management of Sales Tax Reporting and payments
  • Provide accurate and timely departmental reporting
  • Recognize and initiate more efficient processes to increase productivity
  • Work directly with all department within the organization and service providers 

  Requirements: 

  • 3 years of equivalent experience required
  • Degree preferred but not required
  • Motivated and driven to succeed
  • Outstanding communication skills (excellent opportunity for bilingual candidates)

  • Strong MS Excel Skills
