  • Valid, current Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • 2+ years’ experience selling P & C products
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be able to service inbound calls and make follow-up outbound calls
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with co-workers from all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with a sense of urgency
  • Must be able to work on-site at our company located in NW Houston (Near Hollister and 290)
  • Please note that your license will be captive through our company

Job Description:

The Marketing Operations Specialist (Driver) will provide general support to the Marketing Operations Team in areas of lead distribution, real-time call center and marketing alignment, and ongoing analytics. The MOS will be the front-line for distribution of form-filled leads generated by our online marketing programs (web leads). Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maximizing speed-to-lead and immediate interaction. Pay:

  • Hourly rate based on skill level and experience
  • Immediately contact all web leads, both through an immediate call, follow-up calls, and proper placement into e-mail campaigns
  • Distribute those leads to the sales department, following established procedures.
  • Perform “one-off” tasks as requested by the Marketing Operations Team.
  • Monitor inbound traffic, and adjust online advertising accordingly
  • Be an excellent ambassador for TGS to our leads, teammates, other departments, and vendors.
  • Call Center Experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel

  • Schedule - Must be available1PM to 10PM any day of the week with rotating weekend Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Job Description:

Client Services is an important part of maintaining an ongoing client relationship. We actively engage our customers and make sure they are 100% satisfied with the resolution to their issue. If we can’t directly assist, we steer our customer in the right direction. Often, when the customer reaches us, they have a pending installation or are newly activated. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product features and installation needs for TV, Internet, phone, and security services
  • Provide quality support service through one-call resolution to establish a long-term customer relation
  • Maintain performance standards in regards to productivity, quality assurance scores, attendance, etc
  • Identify customer “WIN’s” (wants, interests & needs) and qualify for sales opportunities
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
  • Effective communication skills (excellent opportunity for bilingual candidates), both oral and written
  • Above-average computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends and closing shifts (until 11pm)
  • Pay based on experience plus any additional commissions

The Personal Bill Advisor will contact customers by phone to discuss the benefits of our proprietary BillAdvisor Service. As a Personal Bill Advisor, you will search our savings database on behalf of elite customers finding ways to save them money and assisting them in lowering their monthly bills. Our services currently provide customers with discounts on their energy bills, home phone services, home security alarm systems, TV/Internet providers, cellular services, and auto/homeowners/life insurance services.


  • Consulting with the customers about their current bills
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Conducting consistent follow-up with customers
  • Adding/updating customer data in the Lead Management Database
  • Meeting established quality, efficiency, and revenue goals
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, collections, billing, telemarketing, and/or customer service required
