Requirements:

• Customer service, sales, IT, collections, e-commerce, retail, or call center experience is highly desired
• Technological aptitude and proficiency with computers is necessary for order processing
• Effective, fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by phone
• Accurately maintain customer accounts
